Hate Speech
Within the United States there is no legal definition of "Hate Speech". As a result of the US Supreme Court Case Brandenberg vs Ohio (KKK vs State of Ohio) the generally accepted way to determine if something is "Hate Speech" is the Brandenburg Test . For something to be considered "Hate Speech" the following two conditions must be met:

- The speech is "likely to incite or produce such action"
